As a conveyor belt joint tool, vulcanizer should be maintained and maintained as other tools during the use process and after the end of use, in order to prolong the service life. At present, the service life of vulcanizing machine produced by our company is 8 years as long as it is properly used and maintained.

The following problems should be noticed in the maintenance of vulcanizer:

1. The storage environment of the vulcanizer should be kept dry and well ventilated to avoid dampness of electrical circuits caused by dampness.

2. Do not use vulcanizing machine outdoors in rainy days to prevent the water from entering the electric control box and heating plate.

3. If the working environment is wet and water-rich, when dismantling and transporting the vulcanizer, it should be padded with articles on the ground, and do not let the vulcanizer contact with water directly.

4. If improper operation results in water inflow of heating plate in the process of use, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer for maintenance first. If emergency repair is needed, the heating plate cover can be opened, the water is poured out first, then the electric control box is set to manual operation, heating to 100 C, keeping constant temperature for half an hour, drying the line, and bonding the belt under manual condition. At the same time, we should contact the manufacturer in time to replace the whole line.

5, the vulcanizer should not be used for a long period of time. The heating plate should be heated every half a month (the temperature is set at 100 degrees centigrade), and the temperature should be kept for about half an hour.

6. After each use, the water in the water pressure plate should be cleaned, especially in winter. If the water can not be cleaned, it will often lead to premature ageing of the rubber and reduce the service life of the water pressure plate.

The correct way of releasing water is to carry out the curing machine before disassembly after curing and heat preservation. If the water is discharged after the machine is disassembled, the water in the hydraulic pressure plate may not be completely discharged.
