1. Wear protective equipment during operation, and do not use wet gloves.

2. Preheat the plate before vulcanization to check whether there are any impurities between the layers of the plate and whether other parts are normal.

3. Pressure gauges and thermometers should be sensitive and effective. Steam pressure, oil pressure and vulcanization temperature should be strictly controlled according to safety and technological conditions.

4. When filling the vulcanization mould, the hand should not be extended into the flat panel to prevent scalding and extrusion, and the problem should be stopped and handled. The mould used should be placed smoothly to prevent falling and bruising.

5. After the operation, cut off the power supply, close the water and air valves, and put the mould back to the designated place.
